Thanks to the exclusive 60° curing process for 2 months, this garlic becomes a powerful natural antioxidant with toasted, truffle and licorice notes. Its umami taste, easy digestibility and the absence of bad breath after eating it as is, make it a fantastic substitute for traditional garlic, adding intense and deep flavors to your dishes. Its creamy consistency also makes it perfect for grating on bruschetta and it can be used minced or blended as a substitute for normal garlic in sauces. In fact, I recommend using a sauce such as mayonnaise, salsa verde or tzatziki as an ingredient to add an extra touch, or to quickly season a plate of pasta, emulsified with salted cooking water, oil and chili pepper.
