Black lemons undergo a process handed down from the Persians in which the citrus fruits were first boiled in water and salt and then dried. The taste and color of this Amalfi black lemon are surprising and Kekoji Lab transforms them into a very powerful citrus and acidulous powder, excellent in both sweet and savory preparations. Suggested use: in salads or vegetables for a touch of freshness, to flavor oils and obtain dressings for every day or even in sweet preparations, in place of the common lemon flavor.
