The AMareIlPianeta box was born from a friendly collaboration with the esteemed painter Antonella Natalis, known as Italianmarinepainter , who is deeply connected to the sea and its landscapes.

The work in the foreground “Coltiviamo il nostro mare” was presented in 2015 at the Expo Arte Italiana event , curated by Vittorio Sgarbi, who immediately recognized in the painting the extraordinary ability to convey the message of the artist, who has always been very sensitive to the issue of safeguarding marine ecosystems.

With his work the artist proposes a vision in which the sea, like a field of wheat, must be cultivated with care and order, instead of being abandoned to degradation and treated like a landfill.

The products inside the box have been selected because when you combine them to make this recipe, you will get the base of a truly tasty and versatile vegetable dressing. Let's see together how to prepare it:

1. Prepare a simple soffritto with Gentili organic extra virgin olive oil, and garlic and chili pepper, if you like them.

2. Add Salvatonno® al naturale and let it flavour for a few minutes.

3. Also add the Salina DOP capers and, if necessary, season with salt and a pinch of pepper.

4. Before serving, garnish with a sprinkling of fresh parsley.

This dressing is great on pasta, bruschetta, pizza and by the spoonful, for the greediest! You'll see that it will win you over, as it did with us!

Boniviri BCorp's Salina DOP Capers come from sustainable agriculture not only from an environmental point of view, but also from an economic one, since it supports a small farm born on the island of the same name, in the Aeolian Islands, off the coast of Sicily, particularly known for tuna fishing. Furthermore, Boniviri has always been attentive to the protection of biodiversity and the local companies with which it collaborates.
