The products in the ZiaCris catalog come from small producers and therefore require longer production times than large-scale distribution. Furthermore, raw materials are not always available in nature, so the wait could derive from the seasonality of the product itself.

We generally estimate a maximum waiting time of 14 days from order confirmation. This is because not all products may be immediately available in stock.

Thanks to pre-ordering, in addition to receiving fresh products prepared at the time of ordering, you help the supplier to produce based on requests, avoiding overproduction, and not to waste goods , otherwise stored for long periods in the warehouse.

Thanks to pre-ordering, you will be able to make more informed purchases , aimed at putting in your pantry what you really need and saying no to impulsive purchases , which you might regret.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. You will be refunded for the expense, provided that the returned items are in like-new condition.

For further information, contact Customer Service at 350 03 13 003 , available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm, or at info@ziacris.it , from which you will receive a response as soon as possible. I recommend that you keep your order number handy, to speed up the procedure.

All fresh and refrigerated products are excluded from the return policies.

Returns are not permitted for food products or household/personal hygiene products that have been delivered on a regular basis.

Returns will not be accepted and no refund or replacement of items will be recognized if the returned products are opened, tampered with, used or if they are not contained in the original packaging.

To accept the return, it is necessary to include inside the package:

- the Sales Document (receipt or invoice) and

- the bank details for the refund to the current account (if the payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer)

Please specify the wording "CUSTOMER RETURN" on the outside of the package.

If the product is fragile and at risk of damage during transport, I recommend that you take care to insert paper or other material into the package, which can prevent damage in the event of impact, and to seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.

You can recycle the box and packaging in which you received the product(s), in this way we will avoid using other packaging.

ZiaCris will take care of organizing the collection of the goods via express courier at the agreed address, therefore the customer will not have to pay any costs for the collection .

ZiaCris reserves the right not to grant free returns, if cases of abuse of the service are found, or more than 30% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months. Consequently, the return will be carried out at the customer's sole expense.

The refund is made within 10 working days of receiving the returned package.

The refund methods are as follows:

  • crediting the total amount to be returned to the Credit Card, if the payment was made by Credit Card
  • crediting the total amount to be returned to the Paypal account, if the payment was made with Paypal
  • crediting the total amount to be returned to your bank account via bank transfer, if the payment was made via bank transfer.
