Refund Policy
If the purchase was made by mistake or one or more unwanted items were purchased, or if you are not satisfied with the order placed, the customer has 30 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product(s) and being refunded the expense, provided that the product(s) are returned in like-new condition.
IMPORTANT: as per art. 59 of Legislative Decree 205/2006, the right of withdrawal is not provided for food products or products for household use/personal hygiene that have been delivered on a regular basis. Returns will NOT be accepted and no refund or replacement of the items will be recognized if the returned products are opened, tampered with, used or if they are not contained in the original packaging.
ZiaCris also reserves the right to not grant free returns , if cases of abuse of the service are found, or more than 30% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months. Consequently, the return will be carried out at the customer's sole expense.
To accept the return, it is necessary to include inside the package:
- the Sales Document (receipt or invoice) and
- the bank details for the refund to the current account (if the payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer)
Specify the wording "CUSTOMER RETURN" on the outside of the package.
If the product is fragile and at risk of damage during transport, we recommend that you take care to insert paper or other material into the package, which can prevent damage in the event of impact, and to seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.
ZiaCris will take care of organizing the collection of the goods via express courier at the agreed address, therefore the customer will not have to bear any costs for the collection.

The refund is made within 10 working days of receiving the returned package.
The refund methods are as follows:
- crediting the total amount to be returned to the Credit Card, if the payment was made by Credit Card
- crediting the total amount to be returned to the Paypal account, if Payment was made with Paypal
- crediting the total amount to be returned to your bank account via bank transfer, s and the payment was made by bank transfer .
- the customer can also request a refund in the form of a credit/voucher to be used on ZiaCris.it
