NOTE: Always check the payment method selected during the order confirmation phase. If you wish to pay in mark the cost of the service is €4.50 , which you must pay upon delivery, otherwise the purchased products will be released. When confirming your order, select "Cash on delivery" and write in the notes how you will pay for the service, whether in cash or by card. For example, write " Cash on delivery in cash " or " Cash on delivery with card ".

Returns

Free returns are only allowed for sealed products in their original packaging, no later than 30 days after delivery of the order.
For all perishable products in opened and/or tampered packaging, if you have not received return authorization, you will have to proceed with a paid return. Alternatively, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
All fresh and refrigerated products are excluded from the return policies.

Since the goods travel at the recipient's risk, even when delivery is free, it is advisable to check them in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery; in the event of missing, damaged or tampered packages, it is necessary to write a reservation on the delivery note, under penalty of no refund being recognized. (e.g. "delivery subject to inspection").
In case of any irregularities found after delivery, as required by law, they must be reported in writing, no later than 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the date, your name and the order number, together with the photographic material, to support the request for reimbursement.

If the purchase was made by mistake or one or more unwanted items were purchased, or if you are not satisfied with the order placed, the customer has 30 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product(s) and being refunded the expense, provided that the product(s) are returned in like-new condition.

IMPORTANT: as per art. 59 of Legislative Decree 205/2006, the right of withdrawal is not provided for food products or products for household use/personal hygiene that have been delivered on a regular basis. Returns will NOT be accepted and no refund or replacement of the items will be recognized if the returned products are opened, tampered with, used or if they are not contained in the original packaging.

ZiaCris also reserves the right to not grant free returns , if cases of abuse of the service are found, or more than 30% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months. Consequently, the return will be carried out at the customer's sole expense.

In order to accept the return from ZiaCris it is necessary to include inside the package:
- the Sales Document (receipt or invoice) and
- the bank details for the refund to the current account (if the payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer)
Specify the wording "CUSTOMER RETURN" on the outside of the package.
If the product is fragile and at risk of damage during transport, we recommend that you take care to insert paper or other material into the package, which can prevent damage in the event of impact, and to seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.

ZiaCris will take care of organizing the collection of the goods via express courier at the agreed address, therefore the customer will not have to bear any costs for the collection.

The refund is made within 10 working days of receiving the returned package.

The refund methods are as follows:

  • crediting the total amount to be returned to the Credit Card, if the payment was made by Credit Card
  • crediting the total amount to be returned to the Paypal account, if Payment was made with Paypal
  • crediting the total amount to be returned to your bank account via bank transfer, s and the payment was made by bank transfer .
  • the customer can also request a refund in the form of a credit/voucher to be used on ZiaCris.it
