Organic white chickpeas, rigorously grown in Italy with traditional organic methods, in open fields by local farmers, are legumes with an unmistakable flavor. They contain a rich supply of proteins, starch, mineral salts and raw fibers. The slightly higher fat content compared to other legumes helps to increase their energy value and gives them a softer consistency.
