A truly typical product of the Apulian festivities is certainly the calzone, a rustic dish much appreciated for its contrast between the strong taste of the onion and the sweet taste of the raisins. Uncle Pasquale has recreated it in the form of small taralli, crumbly and very tasty. Onion, sultanas, extra virgin olive oil and white wine from Puglia. It is difficult to resist such a temptation, in just 280g. The paper bag is 100% recyclable.
INGREDIENTS: Italian type 1 soft wheat flour (36%), wholemeal durum wheat semolina from Senatore Cappelli from Puglia (27.7%), Puglia white wine (16%) (sulphites), Puglia olive oil (9.5%), Puglia extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), sliced onion (1%), sultanas (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
