Zio Pasquale's taralli are prepared by hand every day, following the Apulian tradition and using the best local ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil and Senatore Cappelli flour. Even the desserts are made with care, using Salento almonds and homemade jams. The products are healthy and genuine, suitable for the whole family, vegan and lactose-free. The Apulian tradition suggests always accompanying them with a good glass of wine, as the famous saying goes, or a sweet liqueur!
