The ready risotto with asparagus from the Ardizzina Agricultural Company is a first course with all the quality and typical characteristics of traditional risotto, but convenient and quick to prepare. The ready risottos are made according to balanced and specially studied recipes, with Ardizzina Carnaroli Rice, grown with low environmental impact systems and stone-worked, combined with dried natural components of the highest quality; without preservatives and without glutamate. They are easy and simple to prepare: you just need to add a little boiling water, after toasting and blending the rice with wine or broth. The vacuum-packed package is 250g.
INGREDIENTS: Pure superfine Carnaroli rice (90%), dehydrated asparagus (4.75%), vegetable broth extract (2.5%): iodized salt to taste, vegetable extract, vegetables in variable proportions (6%), sunflower seed oil, dehydrated onion and garlic, in variable proportions.
