Ardizzina Farm

The Ardizzina farm was founded by Alessandro Costanzo at the beginning of the 1900s. Today it is in its fourth generation with Matilde Costanzo, the youngest partner. The farm includes about 16 hectares in total, in the areas between Casale Monferrato and Frassineto Po, where in addition to rice, corn, spelt and barley are grown, as well as other rotational crops, such as legumes. The fields are irrigated with pure well water , allowing interventions on the crops to be kept to a minimum . In the headquarters near Casale Monferrato , in addition to the small production area , the Costanzo family has also opened a shop for the direct sale of its products to the public. and other local farms in the area.
The Ardizzina farm produces low environmental impact crops , in compliance with the EEC agri-food regulation F1 (n.2078) , and without the presence of GMOs .
