The ready-made Pestovè sauce without garlic is a 100% vegetable pesto without lactose, gluten and preservatives created by chef Luca Andrè for Mondovè, a leading brand for vegan sauces. Pestovè contains only excellent and selected raw materials: fresh basil harvested and preserved with oil and salt, a rich mix of cashews, pistachios and pine nuts, gondino - organic Italian vegetable cheese made from chickpeas -, Maldon salt - with a clean and fresh flavour and large crunchy flakes - and spirulina, an algae particularly rich in proteins, essential amino acids, lipids and vitamins. The result is an extraordinary 100% vegetable pesto! It is available in a 130g glass jar.
