Crafted with artisanal care using only the finest wild fennel leaves from the Iblei Mountains, this is the secret of L'Arcolaio's organic gluten-free wild fennel pesto. They pick only the healthiest leaves, grown spontaneously in their social agricultural garden and mix them with oil, almonds and dried tomatoes from "caporalato free" projects, a pinch of rosemary and lemon zest. They preserve everything with a mix of apple cider vinegar, fair trade cane sugar and WWF sea salt from Trapani. The result is an intense and soft wild fennel pesto at the same time, with a full-bodied texture that makes it very versatile in the kitchen. Not only organic, but also vegan and gluten-free, in a 90g glass jar.
