Grape mustard is one of the oldest products of the Apulian tradition that does not include mustard, candied fruit, spices or aromas. Grape Mostarda from the La Petrosa farm can be used not only as a normal jam for your desserts and tarts but also as an accompaniment for all types of meat as well as for fresh or aged cheeses. You can find it in a 160g glass jar.
INGREDIENTS : black grape mustard (75% min), raw cane sugar, Annurca apple, pear, candied orange, persimmon, quince, peaches, plums, cloves, cinnamon.
