The La Petrosa Farm is a three-generation dream come true. The idea was born in the 50s from the grandparents who bought a 19th century castle and the surrounding lands. In the 80s the parents took over the management of the company, with sacrifice and passion, raising their three children here, drinking the milk of their cows and eating bread made with ancient grains. Today Luigia, Edmondo and Simona Soffritti are the witnesses of this generational history and Ambassadors of Cilento and Organic and Regenerative Agriculture, without ever forgetting their roots.
