Kekoji Lab's Vduja is a fermented spreadable cream thanks to the contribution of the koji mushroom that in flavor and consistency recalls the famous Calabrian 'nduja, but in a totally vegetal key. Try it with strong-flavored cheeses, such as gorgonzola, or with vegetables and legumes, to enhance their flavor, but also to prepare a delicious sauce for your first courses: you will conquer everyone with its spicy and spicy flavor!
