Kekoji Lab's lentil ragù with miso and shoyu is a 100% vegetable sauce made with lentils enriched with lentil miso and shoyu to give the classic Emilian cuisine sauce a boost of oriental flavor. Prepared like the classic Bolognese ragù, I recommend using this exquisite vegetable sauce, in addition to seasoning pasta, to prepare delicious bruschetta. You can find it in a 190g jar.
