Kekoji Lab's Shiro Shoyu is an alternative to the classic soy sauce (shoyu, in Japanese) made only with ancient grains grown in Alta Val d'Enza, in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, by the Atelier Selvatico farm. With its strong yet delicate flavour, it is perfect for use as a condiment for vegetables and cereals, but also for obtaining fragrant and tasty marinades. You can find it in a 250g bottle.
INGREDIENTS: water, wheat koji (wheat, aspergillus oryzae), salt.
