The flour mix for Roman pinsa by Mulino Calogiuri is designed to have a good leavening, thanks to the presence of type 1 strong flour. You will also notice a pleasant rustic flavor, given by the Semi-wholemeal soy and rice flours present inside. The flour for Roman pinsa also has excellent nutritional characteristics, since it contains a high percentage of dietary and soluble fiber, important for nutrition. To best preserve the organoleptic and nutritional properties of this flour, I recommend storing it in the refrigerator for the entire time of consumption. Available in a 500g or 5kg vacuum-packed bag in recyclable plastic.
