From an artisanal mill, a company was born in 1960 that owes much to the intuition and entrepreneurial spirit of its founder Giuseppe Calogiuri. His vision and determination pushed him to create a family tradition, now in its third generation, maintaining the same fundamental principles: dedication to work and commercial integrity. The company today deals with the production and sale of flours, pasta with traditional flours (Senatore Cappelli), wholemeal and healthy (tritordeum), organic products, cereals and typical products, with particular attention to raw materials.
