Apricots are hand-picked between late May and June, specifically to create these delicious 83% dark chocolates, which pair perfectly with Viterbo hazelnuts. In the Alchimie di Circe laboratory, the fruits are first candied with whole cane sugar, strictly organic Demerara, then covered in 83% dark chocolate from Ecuador, from the Cocoa Horizons circuit. The prized round Roman hazelnuts, from organic farming and a Slow Food presidium, are the perfect match to evoke the famous Sacher Torte.
