Alchimie di Circe is a culinary project of balance between excellence and craftsmanship: a laboratory and a farm in the same place, a stone's throw from the Circeo National Park. The company offers four product lines: “Natural Chocolate”, single-origin chocolates, Fairtrade, vegan and gluten-free; “Natural Ingredients”, preserves of wild herbs and ancient fruits; “Natural Bakery”, protein crackers, tasty and vegan; finally “Zafferano del Circeo”, pure in stigmas and petals, coming from natural agriculture and permaculture in the surrounding area.
