Prepared with a mix of delicious wholemeal flours of rye, oats, barley, spelt, flax seeds and sesame. The traditional recipe of Zio Pasquale becomes even more precious and healthy thanks to the extra virgin olive oil from Puglia and the Senatore Cappelli flour.
All their products may contain traces of nuts, sesame and cereals with gluten. They are 100% natural, without preservatives or colorants. They are also lactose-free and vegan, since they are prepared with extra virgin olive oil, and not with animal fats, ideal for replacing bread and crackers in your diet.
