Zio Pasquale's bundles are handcrafted, with a thin and crunchy pastry, slightly salty, and a rich filling of apricot jam. A small piece of tradition, with an ancient and intense flavor, that smells of family celebrations, stories told in the kitchen and home warmth. The paper bag contains 280g of biscuits and is completely recyclable.
INGREDIENTS: Italian type 1 soft wheat flour (36%), wholemeal durum wheat semolina from Senatore Cappelli from Puglia (27.7%), Puglia white wine (16%) (sulphites), apricot jam (10%), Puglia olive oil (9.5%), Puglia extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%).
