Prepared with Baldo rice grown in the Il Riso del Paradiso company, which has chosen to select high-quality rice varieties in limited processing, this rice is perfect for risottos and dishes in which you want to enhance the health benefits of whole grains. In fact, it contains both the bran and the germ of the grain, preserving all the most nutritious parts of the rice. Since whole Baldo rice absorbs seasonings very well, it is also excellent for preparing supplì, arancini, dough or delicate desserts. Furthermore, being whole, it is rich in beneficial properties, such as fiber and antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It cooks in about 25 minutes.
