The Il Riso del Paradiso farm takes its name from the homonymous farmhouse and extends over 98 hectares in the province of Pavia, known for the production of "fine" and "superfine" rice. The Il Riso del Paradiso farm, located between the Po and Ticino rivers, where the land is enriched with beneficial microorganisms, uses natural resources for the cultivation of rice, reducing the need for chemical fertilizers and sludge. From seed to sale, the process is simple and occurs mechanically, every week, to create a product free of preservatives and fresh, which leaves all the wonderful aromas of rice unaltered. Since 2000, it has specialized in the husking and selection of white rice, offering the consumer a particularly qualified product at km0. By appointment, it is possible to participate in guided group tours.
