"Baciami ancora" by Kekoji Lab is a cream made with black garlic, chili pepper and ginger, perfect for seasoning bruschetta, sandwiches, pasta, vegetables and anything else your imagination suggests. Black garlic is a product of Korean origins, whose fermentation process makes it more delicate and less pungent than classic white garlic: hence the name "Baciami ancora" of this cream, because you won't have that sharp taste in your mouth which will therefore be kiss-proof! You can find it in a 90g glass jar.
INGREDIENTS: black garlic 63%, water, shoyu (water, lentils, buckwheat, salt, aspergillus oryzae), Kombucha vinegar (water, sugar, black tea), chili pepper 1.5%, ginger 1%.
