A delicious organic and gluten-free carob syrup, made only with Sicilian carob, awarded the bronze medal at the International Taste Awards 2020. Naturally sweet and dense, it is prepared in the artisan laboratory inside the Syracuse prison, according to the centuries-old traditional recipe. The crushed carob is left to infuse for hours, before putting it on the stove to achieve the perfect balance of flavor and consistency!
