The organic EVO oil Blend is a creation of the Apulian company BuondiOli made with 40% Ogliarola Garganica, 40% Leccino and 20% Picholine: the result is a fruity oil with a slightly spicy and bitter taste, so I recommend pairing it with grilled vegetables, bruschetta or salads, but it is also excellent for enhancing the flavor of grilled red meat. You can find it in a 500ml glass bottle.
