The Buondioli family, just as the surname suggests, has been producing high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil for four generations. The brand was created by brothers Michele and Francesco. Now in its fourth generation, the company combines tradition and innovation, taking care of the land, plants and olive processing while respecting the environment. Domenico, the current owner, thanks to his experience as a young expert agronomist, carries on the business, constantly improving the production processes to create a unique and distinctive product of the Gargano area. The olives are harvested at the right point of ripeness and pressed within 6-8 hours of harvesting, to ensure the freshness and fragrance of the oil.
