Natural mandarins combined with Circeo Saffron, produced on the farm next to the Alchimie di Circe chocolate laboratory, give life to a spicy sauce with oriental suggestions. Derived from the English chutney (a combination of spices and Indian ingredients widely used in the 17th century), it is an excellent condiment on basmati, Thai or wild red rice, giving a sweet and sour note with an intense saffron finish. But if you want to dare more, try it as a final garnish on a hot fried fish. Simply delicious! Try to resist this goodness in a 120g jar.
