The peeled almond flour of Fattoria della Mandorla is prepared without any temperature alteration to preserve all its nutritional properties. It is excellent in the preparation of desserts but I also give you a suggestion for a savory dish: add it to the dough of a savory pie filled with cooked ham, dried tomatoes and scamorza and you will have a tasty dish, perfect to serve to accompany a fresh aperitif.
