This 100% natural spreadable cream based on carob is made with a mix of Piedmont PGI hazelnuts and cocoa. With a low glycemic index and no added sugars, it is also suitable for vegans, lactose intolerants and gluten.
Small selected producers from Puglia carefully supply the sweetest carobs. Natura Humana transforms them with an innovative method, capable of maintaining the organoleptic properties of the raw material unaltered, in a dense cream without chemical additives, for the production of Carruba Viva® molasses. A 100% natural ecological choice!
