Convivia organic Trapanese pesto is a sauce made with dried tomatoes, almonds, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, all from certified organic farming and made on the farm with fresh raw materials according to their seasonality. The condiment is suitable for many uses, such as on first courses, meats or to flavour sauces and fillings. After opening, I recommend adding extra virgin olive oil to fill it up and keeping the jar in the fridge for a maximum of 10 days.
