The company was born in Sicily, on the slopes of the Etna volcano, from Pietro's desire to make the tradition of good, high-quality Sicilian food known beyond national borders. This has pushed Pietro to create only certified organic, gluten-free and vegan products, prepared with raw materials of exclusively Sicilian origin and grown mostly on the family farm. The vegetables are chosen personally and the products, made according to traditional recipes, handed down at home by Pietro's grandmothers, using only extra virgin olive oil, and during the seasonality of the harvested raw materials, that is to say in the period of full ripeness, when they are full of taste and flavor.
