I carciofi di Niscemi, rinomati per la loro qualità superiore, vengono lavorati freschissimi subito dopo la raccolta e conditi con una tardizionale selezione essenziale di ingredienti: aceto, menta, aglio e peperoncino. Perfetti per arricchire insalate e bruschette, rappresentano anche un antipasto raffinato, capace di esaltare il carattere autentico di questo ingrediente. Dopo l’apertura, si consiglia di conservarli in frigorifero per garantirne la migliore conservazione. Vasetto in vetro riciclabile da 280g.
