Among the delicious taralli with special flours of Zio Pasquale, those with barley flour cannot be missed: genuine, rich in nutrients, low in gluten and highly digestible! In fact, barley flour is rich in proteins, fibers and vitamins, including vitamin A, group B and E, as well as a large variety of mineral salts. Furthermore, they are prepared with extra virgin olive oil, instead of butter or lard, which makes them ideal for vegan diets, and they are lactose-free, therefore recommended as a substitute for bread in controlled diets.
INGREDIENTS: Barley flour (26%), wholemeal durum wheat semolina from Senatore Cappelli from Puglia (27.7%), Italian soft wheat flour 1 (10%), Puglia white wine (16%) (sulphites), Puglia olive oil (9.5%), Puglia extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
