Zio Pasquale's taralli have a strong, full-bodied flavour and a mouth-watering aroma: with red onion, EVO oil and Senatore Cappelli flour, they are an authentic explosion of Apulian flavour! Handmade according to the traditional Apulian recipe, they are ideal for gourmets and the most demanding palates.
INGREDIENTS: Italian type 1 soft wheat flour (36%), wholemeal durum wheat semolina from Senatore Cappelli from Puglia (27.7%), Puglia white wine (16%) (sulphites), Puglia olive oil (9.5%), Puglia extra virgin olive oil (6.4%), water (3.2%), salt (1.3%), sliced onion (1%), fresh yeast (0.06%).
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten. Without preservatives and colorants.
