Bright orange color, intense aroma, and a unique flavor, the organic Sicilian orange salt from L'Arcolaio is made with salt from the WWF Nature Reserve of Trapani and only dried Sicilian oranges, directly from the orange groves of the south-eastern area, home of the famous tarocco, moro and sanguinello varieties, with warm pink, carmine and purple hues of the pulp. Only the best organic Sicilian citrus fruits are picked, peeled and finally dried, all in the laboratory inside the Syracuse District Prison. This technique preserves the aroma, flavonoids and essential oils of the citrus fruits. When you add this seasoning to your dishes, you will feel that touch of delight! Try it in a convenient 130g glass jar.
