Without preservatives and without glutamate, this rich and tasty first course is made with Ardizzina Carnaroli Rice, grown on the farm with low environmental impact systems and stone-worked. INGREDIENTS: Pure Carnaroli superfine rice (90%), vegetable broth extract (2.5%): iodized salt to taste, vegetable extract, vegetables (including celery) in variable proportions (6%), sunflower seed oil, dehydrated onion and garlic, truffle flavouring in variable proportions.
