An explosion of sweetness and flavors at first taste: peach, cherry and dark chocolate; and then a delicate acidity and an aftertaste with fruity and grapefruit notes. This coffee is not only good to the palate, but also to the heart: it is produced in the women's prison of Pozzuoli, where since 2010 the female prisoners have worked to be active protagonists of their change, learning a trade that can give them the possibility of real redemption. Le Lazzarelle unites two weak souls: women and small coffee growers from the southern hemisphere. The beans come from the Shadhilly cooperative, which supports collaborative initiatives with these small producers.
