The wholemeal salted biscuit or "U Biscuott" as they like to call it at the La Petrosa Farm, is obtained from wholemeal bread with ancient grains, slowly dried biscuits: soften it in cold water or, for a more delicious flavour, with a seafood sauce or an emulsion of water, oil and lemon that will give the preparation a particular aroma! It is available in a 500g pack.
INGREDIENTS: Saragolla Rosso wholemeal durum wheat flour, Gentilrosso wholemeal soft wheat flour, Dicocco wholemeal spelt flour, water, sourdough starter, EVO oil, whole sea salt.
