La Petrosa Fresh Tomato Puree is made with local Quarantini tomatoes, sourced from the organic and regenerative farm in Cilento, following traditional practices and the Mediterranean diet. These special tomatoes offer resistance to pests and adaptability to different climates and soils, allowing for organic methods without the need for pesticides or chemicals. Freshly picked tomatoes are manually transformed into a delicious puree, carefully prepared from start to finish. Made with fresh red tomatoes, with no added ingredients. 100% natural and stored in glass jars. Excellent for seasoning pizzas, pasta or as is for a cold aperitif with celery, bread croutons and extra virgin olive oil. The 720 ml format is suggested for 4/5 people.
