The almond pastes with lemon from Syracuse IGP from the social cooperative L'Arcolaio are a fragrant variation on the typical Sicilian sweets; the lemon, with its fresh and acidulous note, contrasts harmoniously with the sweetness of the almond, thus creating a perfect pastry to offer with tea or to always carry with you thanks to the packaging in practical single doses.
