The Le Deliziose pastry shop was founded in 1977 by Giuseppe Povia, who at a very young age became passionate about processing almonds and today supervises the entire supply chain of organic almonds for his TifabeneBio brand, grown in the area's native almond groves. The brand has always offered sweets and biscuits made with Apulian almonds, without preservatives, colorants or hydrogenated fats, made only with natural and top-quality ingredients, healthy and tasty. In addition to creating lines of sugar-free cereal biscuits, the business has converted to organic production since 2007 and in 2014 it also obtained authorization for gluten-free production.
