The peeled almond cream from Fattoria della Mandorla is a typical Apulian excellence, produced with peeled Filippo Cea almonds; tasty and nutritious, rich in fiber and proteins, it is ideal as a snack or breakfast, spread on a slice of bread, but you can also use it in the preparation of quick first courses, sauces and canapés. It is available in 200g and 500g jars.
