From the collaboration with the chef La Stella Vegetale comes Amavè di Mondovè, a vegetal reinterpretation of the classic amatriciana, with diced tofu. The chef, with her experience in vegan cooking, manages to flavor the tofu in such a way as not to make you miss the guanciale, an ingredient of the original recipe; furthermore, tofu does not contain gluten or cholesterol and is rich in many vitamins and mineral salts such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and the precious omega-3. The 100% natural smoker, then, adds that extra touch that will surprise you! You can find the Amavè sauce in a 190g glass jar.
INGREDIENTS: tomato puree 50%, tofu 15% (soy, water, magnesium chloride), onion 11.4%, sunflower seed oil, white wine, water, soy sauce (water, soy, salt, spirit vinegar), salt, paprika, lemon juice, smoked flavouring.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soy, celery, mustard, sesame.
