Oregano, a perennial plant present throughout the Mediterranean basin, has a thousand uses in the kitchen: try Elody semi-fresh oregano, from organic farming, to prepare, for example, marinated aubergines, focaccia barese, the classic meat alla pizzaiola, a delicious lentil soup and many other preparations. It is available in an 18g glass jar.
