Caserecce derives from the ancient type of pasta busiata, which is a mold of Arab origin, rolled and twisted several times on itself because it was made using the "bus", or the thinnest stem of a plant around which the pasta was wrapped. The version with buckwheat and white corn FOG is super nutritious, rich in minerals (especially magnesium) and fiber, it also contains the 8 essential amino acids in optimal proportions and antioxidants that reduce the incidence of tumors, diabetes and heart disease. It pairs well with rich ragù or delicate fish sauces, as well as pesto, such as Genovese or Trapani. Format 500g, cooking time: 8 minutes.
