The black chickpea cream by Perle della Tuscia is a spreadable preparation based on chickpeas, with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic, rosemary, sage, chili pepper and black pepper, without preservatives or colorants, from a controlled and guaranteed supply chain. It is manually packaged in 90g glass jars, with fresh products processed on the day. Use it to accompany aperitifs or in pasta. The glass jar is 100% recyclable and reusable.
